You should be able to peel the icing edible image off the sheet.
Sometimes when the icing image does not come off easily from the icing sheet
you can place the edible in the freezer for a few minutes but no more than 2-3 minutes which helps to dry it out
more to lift it easier off the sheet.
The edible image decoration is moisture sensitive.
They will be easy to handle if stored according to
the following recommendations:
Instructions for Cake Edible Image
1. Always store the edible image in a sealed bag
that does not have any air in it. Keep it flat.
Store it in a cool dry place. Do not remove product
from the bag until you are ready to use it.
2. Gently remove the Edible Image decoration from
the backing sheet with the image facing up.
3. Edible Image Decorations cannot be moved once applied
to the cake. Plan where you will place the edible image,
then apply the image face up onto your product.
After application, gently tap the image down with fingertips
starting from the center of the image and smoothing to the
edges.
*We do not recommend storing the edible in a freezer for more than 2 or 3 minutes
before use as this may make the edible get too dry
and cause it to crack. A cool dry area is the best.
You can also place the edible in a refrigerator
up to a week before ready to use on your cake.
Here is the list of all edible image ingredients:
tapioca starch, corn syrup solids, microcrystalline cellulose, sugar, water, canola oil, glycerine,
titanium dioxide, polyglycerol esters, modified food starch, algin citric acid, postassium sorbate, coconut oil, locust beam gum.
May also contain soy lecithin and food coloring: blue #1 Lake, Red #40 lake, red #3, yellow #5 lake, yellow #06 lake

Are there any allergens in Edible Image® decorations?
No, there are not any allergens in Edible Image® decorations. The following ingredients are NOT used in the manufacturing facility and will NOT come into contact with the products being produced - wheat, soy, milk, eggs, fish, shell-fish (crustaceans) peanuts, and/or tree nuts. All edible products are also gluten free.
Do you use any FD&C (food coloring)Yellow number 5 (Tartrazine) in your products?
Yes, the manufacturing facilities, which produce Edible Image® decorations use FD&C Yellow #5.
What type of modified food starch is used in Edible Image® decorations?
The modified food starch used for these products is either tapioca, waxy maize (corn), or rice starch.
