All orders shipped within the U.S. can go USPS First Class (estimated 2-7 days to receive), Priority (estimate time to receive is 2-3 days but to some locations could take longer), or Express Next day or 2nd day Guaranteed depending on zip code.

If you choose Express Delivery, We either ship out our express packages with or without a waiver of signature unless you notify us at the time you place the order any special instructions. If your order is sent without a waiver of signature, you will need to be there when the package arrives or else the postal worker will leave a note in your mailbox to pick up your package at the post office since they would need your signature to leave the package there.  Sometimes we place a waiver to allow the customer to receive their package by the guaranteed time and day in case the customer will not be at the location they specified the package to be shipped to.  If you need to receive a package earlier in the day when its expected, please make sure to contact your local post office the day you place your order so they will hold your mail at the post office for early pickup by either calling your post office the day before or going into fill out a card.

These estimations for # of days on delivery time to receive your package are based on after the order ships out to you.

If your package weighs over 12 oz., you will need to choose priority delivery as the lowest cost shipping method because the postal service will only ship first class if the package weighs below 13 oz.

If you would like your products shipped in a sturdy corrugated cardboard package box, please choose the priority shipping method because with the first class shipping method choice, the products are shipped in a bubble mailer package.

Usually we are able to ship orders out the same day if placed by 12 Noon EST Monday-Fridays but we ask that you please allow up to 1-2 days for processing of your order before your package ships out due to the high volume of orders to send out for upcoming birthday parties and its always based on the daily demand for the # of order shipments going out to our customers.  

International Orders will ship Priority International which usually takes 6-10 days to receive or Express delivery which usually takes 5-6 days to receive after packages leaves the U.S.

ALL orders purchased and shipped overseas MUST be purchased with a verified PayPal account and shipping address.

If using a credit card, the billing address for that order MUST match the card, this so our shipment is protected by Paypal.

*To Place International Orders: Please contact us by email by going to the contact us tab and send me over a list of the name of each item you need and quantity for each product so I can help you with your order because the shipping costs automatically added at checkout are for U.S. Customers and I will need to send you an invoice to the email address you specify to use through paypal payments online.
